Leading Change Awards
We all benefit from
those who have gone before us and broken down barriers, dispelled
stereotypes, shifted paradigms and created new opportunities. There
are women who have made their mark while helping all of us become
better professionals. And there are companies that go beyond the
norm in ensuring that women have equal opportunities to achieve
their career goals. Now it’s time to honor those people and
companies that we believe are Leading Change.
The Association
for Women in Communications Leading Change Award
is given annually to one
individual who we believe is a proactive leader, promotes the
advancement of women in communications, serves the community and has
demonstrated significant accomplishment in the field of
communications.
We also honor one
company with the
Leading Change Business Award
that we believe champions
equality issues for women and through its policies and programs,
enables women to advance within the corporate world.
Nominate your
mentor, or a local business that has impressed you with their
commitment to advancing women in the workplace.
You do not need to be a member of The
Association for Women in Communications to submit a nomination, nor
does the nominee need to be a member of the organization in order to
selected. Nomination forms

The 2008 Leading
Change Award winners will be honored at the 2008
WI Clarion Awards Banquet, Thursday,
April 17, at The Wisconsin Club. The evening will also honor the
